The Terms of Service, the Data Processing Agreement, the Privacy Notice and both Data Transfer Addenda are silent on training use of customer data. The AI policy expressly subordinates itself to the terms rather than the reverse: 'Your use of Teamwork.com A.I. functions are included as part of our general acceptable usage policy/terms of service.'
